My name is Traci Jarman and I would love to sit down and have a cup of coffee with you to find out more about you, but I would like to tell you a bit about me first. I have lived in the Springfield/Branson area for over 21 years and have loved embracing the community atmosphere. I have lived in Missouri my whole life, growing up in Putnam County as a farm girl. This upbringing taught me hard work ethics and the value of people. Living on the farm I learned many things while preparing myself for my future career path.
I was a very active member of the FFA – while all the boys were doing cattle as their state farmer degree, I chose to think outside the box (or should I say kennel and breed dogs). From Cocker Spaniels to Westies and Siberian Huskies, maybe you or one of your friends has adopted one of my family of dogs that I bred.
My family had dairy cattle and we sold milk thru Mid America and wholesalers. This allowed me fresh milk at home. Nothing like having fresh cream first thing in the morning.
I have two older brothers, but I was always the third “boy” at home always helping my daddy with chores and bucking bales. Ahhhhh, the memories! This lifestyle taught me the value of work ethics and always to strive for “better”. They taught me to never settle; if I work, work harder, Play? Play harder Study? Study harder.
Today it is my goal and passion to instill these same values into my 4 children. I am so proud of how each one of their journey’s are being led down this same path. From being a mom of athletes to be a mom of musicians and now a nana to beautiful granddaughters, I am so blessed. I met my husband, Kenny on a country dance floor taking lessons which led us to teach lessons as well. We have a passion for horses, music and dancing. Kenny and I have been involved in our community volunteering in Christian Motorcycle Association as state youth reps for the State of Missouri. Kenny retired from the post office recently and is now able to spend more time at home with his family.
Taking my love for the community seriously, I have worked with the YMCA as a membership director. I have coached soccer at the high school level for several years enjoying the game as my passion.
Always looking for something to better myself and my family, I looked into LoveOurRoof as the perfect opportunity for me to advance my entrepreneurial spirit and be able to give back to our community. This company allows me to serve our community by providing great exterior products and services to also serve in local non-profits and organizations which improves the lives of so many. I feel very blessed to be part of something bigger and meaningful.
"What excites me the most about working with LoveOurRoof, is the knowledge and confidence knowing that the construction industry is not just for men. We at this company believe in people; regardless of what gender, age or skill level as long as they have the love for our customers, we are all one team and have one goal in mind."
