Project Manager
Direct: (712) 454-4521

Scott Johnson comes to us from the state of Georgia. He has made his home in Nebraska for the past 7 years when he married his wife Robin who has lived her whole life in Nebraska. Their family consists of 4 children, three are the ages of 19, 17, and 15 to which Robin brought to the marriage as well as a 6 year old they were blessed with once married. Robin has 2 masters degrees in education and has been a school teacher in Nebraska for nearly 20 years. Their oldest son spent last year at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and is preparing to go overseas to do missions work this coming year.

Their 17 year old is graduating this May as Valedictorian from South Sioux City in Nebraska and will be attending the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in the fall for his studies in Actuary Science. Their daughter is currently in 10th grade and their 6 year old son is a kindergartener.

As for Scott, he was raised on the Eastside of Atlanta Georgia. He comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He got his start as an interior trim carpenter with his dad where he learned the trade of working with wood. At this time he realized his passion for building and he wanted to learn more. He began to venture out from working with wood and started roofing in his early 20s. Over the next several years Scott took time to do apprentice work with different facades of construction in which he built on his knowledge and experience.

Once he had achieved a level of experience in the construction field he ventured into a new area by becoming a licensed Real Estate agent. This allowed Scott to understand more of the business side of construction where he was able to gain experience in working with Insurance companies and agents.  Several years after he launched his real estate career he was finally able to see the fruits of his labor when he opened BSJ Enterprises, Inc., a real estate investment company. He first started investing into distressed properties.

With his knowledge he had gained over the years, Scott was able to renovate properties and sell them for profit. He was flipping properties before it became popular. Living in a region that was very fast paced and in the top 5 of areas for new construction, Scott built new houses as well as renovating distressed properties. Scott has assisted on several property developments in which tracts of land were subdivided into lots for building new homes. He has also accomplished developing a small subdivision on a tract of land he acquired on his own.

Aside from residential real estate and construction, Scott has also spent years working in the commercial field. He has both construction knowledge as well as sales experience. Most of his experience comes from apartment complexes. He has helped build apartments as well as helped sell apartments across the Southeastern United States.

All of these accomplishments have helped shape Scott by giving him a unique experience in his current position as a project manager. HE starts with having the knowledge to do the job himself to make sure your job is installed correctly. He has built multi-million dollar projects that require detailed preparation and execution, and with this knowledge he will successfully manage all aspects of your project to make sure you are fully satisfied. All jobs will be done in a timely manner and Scott keeps apprised on current code upgrades to make sure we are compliant with your local municipality. This is going to take the stress off of you knowing you have a person with the experience to handle any task or potential problem that could arise and handle it professionally. Last and not least you are going to get all of his experience and knowledge wrapped in his Southern hospitality.
